When you book an appointment, we collect only what is needed to hold that appointment:

• Your mobile phone number
• The service, date, time, and technician you chose
• Any note you choose to add

We do not ask for your email address, your address, or any payment information.

How we use it

• To hold and manage your appointment
• To send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and review requests by text — only if you agreed
• To let the salon call you back if a text message fails to deliver

Text messaging and your phone number

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your mobile opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to contact you about your own appointments, and is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers those messages on our behalf.

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. See our SMS Terms.

How long we keep it

Appointment records are kept so the salon can serve returning customers. Ask us and we will delete your record.
